My Soliloquy provides this service to you subjected to the following notices, terms and conditions. Acceptances of Terms and Conditions by using this site, customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of My Soliloquy. The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern all contractual issues (in their respective legal jurisdictions) arising from the use of this site. In addition, all purchases made online with My Soliloquy on its e-commerce site www.mysoliloquy.co.uk are subjected to an additional terms of sale which shall be concluded when the customer reaches the order confirmation page upon selecting the payment mode.
This Contract of Sales between My Soliloquy, in the United Kingdom (“My Soliloquy”) AND My Soliloquy customer, (“Customer”).
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Acceptance of Terms of Sale
Upon clicking on the checkout button of the payment page of the My Soliloquy website, Customer accepts the terms of sale and is bound to the terms of sale stipulated. The contract of sale is thus dated and timed at the moment of clicking upon the proceed button. The timing of the terms of sale is captured on the order confirmation sent via electronic mail.
Payment of Product
Upon clicking on the checkout button of the payment page, Customer hereby agrees to pay the My Soliloquy the total amount set forth in the contract of sale and any other mutually agreed charges. This should be paid in the denominated currency that has been stated in the confirmation order. For orders delivered within or outside the United Kingdom, the purchase price is stated in the British Pounds. All orders should be paid online. After payment is made, an email notification will be sent to Customer with a given order number. My Soliloquy uses Paypal’s secure online payment gateway for maximum security. Paypal is world’s leading online secure payment processor,a listed company in the USA.
Promotions
From time to time, My Soliloquy will be offering promotions on its product items. The Customer is bound to the additional terms and conditions that apply when exercising the right to participate in the promotion. Promotional offers are not binding to My Soliloquy outside the period of promotion.

We will always try our best to provide the latest information to the consumer. All content found within the site is presented on an “as is” basis. My Soliloquy shall not be held liable for damages of any kind that might result from the use of this site. My Soliloquy reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions contained within this document without prior notice. My Soliloquy reserves the right to amend the pricing of products and the terms of sale at any time without notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This terms of Sale will be governed and accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom dependant on where the order has been made.
Accounts
Customers agree to provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information. The customers also agree to ensure that personal information is updated from time to time to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
Login name and password
Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her login name and password. Customer is forbidden to reveal his/her password to a 3rd party. The customer is liable for the use of the account, whether it was authorised by the customer himself or not. In an event whereby the password has been compromised or there has been an authorised use of an account, customer is to contact and notify My Soliloquy immediately.
My Soliloquy will not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by the customer as a result of any unauthorised use of customer login and password.
Changing of personal information
Customers can access all their personally identifiable information that is online and customers may maintain or update by accessing their Accounts page.
Privacy Statement
My Soliloquy uses information collected from customers to process specifically for Customer’s order. No information is used for other purposes unless authorised by the Customer.
Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to customer. It is also used to get in touch with Customer to inform them of the delivery status of the orders. The Customer is given the option to opt-out of receive marketing mails in the member account page. Any financial information collected is used to bill the user for products bought from My Soliloquy. No information provided by Customer is given to other unauthorised parties unless authorised. My Soliloquy uses cookies to recognise Customer returning to visit My Soliloquy. My Soliloquy’s cookies do not contain any personally identifying information.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making changes.
Suspension / Termination of Use
My Soliloquy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account without notice if the customer had provided My Soliloquy with false, misleading or incomplete registration information or if the customer had violated any conditions in this contract. My Soliloquy will retained the sole right to determine cases of suspected violation of these rules and any decision it makes in relation to termination of customer’s account shall be final and bidding.
Privacy of Minors
My Soliloquy does not collect information from a child without the consent of the child’s parent/guardian. Before signing up an account with My Soliloquy, children under 16 must obtain parent’s consent.
My Soliloquy will not be held liable for any act that is conducted by a minor while using My Soliloquy Store. It may hold Parents of the minor liable for any actions that is conducted by the minor while using My Soliloquy Store as defined as fraudulent behaviour.
Testimonial
It is our policy to decline unsolicited suggestions and ideas. Notwithstanding our policy with regard to unsolicited suggestions and ideas, any inquiries, feedback, suggestion, ideas or information customer provide the provider will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after credit card/PayPal/PayNow has been authorised (after checkout upon reading all Terms and Conditions).
In special cases where cancellations are approved but by no fault of My Soliloquy, a 5% PayPal handling fee may be imposed and subtracted from the original goods value only.
In the event the order is cancelled by My Soliloquy (either due to zero stock or goods being defective), the full order value (or part of an order’s affected item value) will be refunded.
Entire Agreement
This contract of Sale, including any attachments, set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and supersede any and all oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement. It may be changed only by a writing signed by both parties. Neither party is relying upon any warranties,representations, assurances or inducements not expressly set forth herein.
Third Parties Links
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. The parties confirm their interest not to confer any rights on any third parties by virtue of the agreement and accordingly Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (2002 Revised Edition) shall not apply to this agreement.

My Soliloquy reserves the sole right to change these policies without notice. Price and availability of these products sold on this site are subjected to change without notice.
